This book has helped a lot of people overcome their limitations. Face your fears. Tackle head on what is holding you back and achieve everything you have set out to do. Sounds easy, but the nature of fear is what makes overcoming it so difficult. Should you buy this book? Well, we feel good about recommending it, given its practical situational exercises and steps and more so that 241 people rate it an average of 4 out of 5 stars. The book is not without controversy, however. Towards the last third of the book, the author begins to incorporate her spiritual philosophy into the book. I found it useful, but some may find it kind of “New Age-y” and get turned off by it. That would be a shame though, because the majority of the book is filled with concrete tools that will finally help you achieve the breakthrough you’ve been seeking.
